Our Sincere Apology and Clarification

We would like to express our deepest apologies and sincere regret regarding the sudden removal of our YouTube channel, Ai PriZZilA Records, which had proudly reached over 30,000 loyal subscribers — all grown organically, without purchasing views or subscribers. Last Sunday, our channel was terminated immediately under the Spam, Deceptive Practices, and Scams Policy — without any prior warning or detailed explanation.

We previously submitted an appeal, but it was automatically rejected within an hour — seemingly by a bot — and we received no clear reasoning behind such a severe penalty. This left us confused, heartbroken, and desperate to understand what went wrong.

The channel was collaboratively managed by three people: myself (the owner), my daughter (the songwriter), and a new contributor named GoDaiX VD., who had joined less than a week before the termination. After speaking with a YouTube support representative, we found several possible reasons that might have triggered the suspension:

• GoDaiX VD. posted publicly claiming to have purchased 30% of the channel and titled himself as “Vice Boss.”
• He added a link to his personal Facebook page on our channel.
• In the last three uploaded videos, he wrote “AI Video Services starting from $1 USD” and included his Facebook link in the description.
• On his Facebook page, he also mentioned buying 30% of the channel for 1 million THB and being “too busy to take clients.”
• I personally tried to remove all pricing-related text and replace it with non-commercial wording; however, one description was left unchanged because that particular video was rapidly gaining views at the time, and I feared editing might affect its visibility.
• Last month, our channel received about $100 in revenue from music streaming. However, GoDaiX VD. later posted that if he helped rewrite our channel profile, the earnings could potentially increase by two to three times.

While these actions might have appeared as misleading business behavior, we can confirm that there were no victims or financial transactions involved. GoDaiX VD. was overly enthusiastic about channel promotion and never received payment or offered any real service. His goal was only to attract more followers — not to deceive anyone.

We understand that YouTube must protect its community from scams and deceptive content. However, we believe that an instant termination without warning for a first-time, non-commercial misunderstanding may have been disproportionately harsh. Even a simple warning could have allowed us to correct the issue immediately.

Since then, GoDaiX VD. has shown genuine remorse and deleted all related posts from his social media. We have permanently ended our collaboration with him. Moving forward, Ai PriZZilA will only be managed by the original father-and-daughter team.

We humbly ask for one final chance to continue creating music under Ai PriZZilA. We promise to fully comply with YouTube’s policies, maintain transparency, and rebuild the trust we have lost.
